Steel stud framing
Interior partitions, shaft walls, and heavier-gauge load-bearing assemblies — framed to architectural drawings.
02Exterior framing
Steel stud exterior walls, commercial panels, curtain wall backing and furring.
03Drywall — hang and finish
Boards up, screwed off — delivered at Level 0 for your taper, or taped and finished to Level 4/5 under one contract.
04Ceiling systems
T-bar and U-bar suspended grid with NRC/CAC-rated acoustical tile, coordinated with mechanical, electrical, and sprinkler.
05Bulkheads and soffits
Custom architectural drops, beam wraps, feature ceilings.
06Insulation systems
Batt, sound batt, and fire batt in framed assemblies; rigid foam and mineral wool for envelope work.
