Privacy policy.

Only what you send through the quote form: your name, company, email, phone number, project location, the scopes you select, and, if you add them, square footage, target start date, notes, and a drawing file.

When the form is submitted, our server also records the submission time, your IP address, and your browser user agent, so we can identify spam and trace delivery problems.

We do not use advertising trackers or marketing cookies, and this site does not set cookies of its own.

To review your project, prepare a written quote, and contact you about it. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Cloudflare hosts this website and runs Turnstile, the check that keeps automated spam out of the quote form. Turnstile evaluates technical signals from your browser to do this.

Resend delivers the contents of the quote form to our inbox by email.

These providers may process data outside Canada, including in the United States.

We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to respond, carry out any resulting work, and meet our business record-keeping obligations.

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email serhii@octantinteriors.ca and we will reply within 30 days.
