Octant Interiors is led by Serhii Bezkorovainyi — a tradesperson with nine years of interior framing and drywall experience, GTA-based since 2022, who founded the company to deliver architect-grade execution on builder-grade timelines.
Serhii Bezkorovainyi has spent nine years in the trade, three-plus of them specifically on Greater Toronto Area sites since 2022. After nearly a decade as a hands-on tradesperson on commercial fit-outs, custom homes, and mid-rise residential, he founded Octant Interiors in 2026 to bring architectural-grade execution to a market that too often accepts approximation.
The company operates lean by design — Serhii on every site, with one trusted helper when scope demands. No subcontracting out. No layered crews. Every line on the drawing is built by the person quoting it.
Three commitments.
Specification is the contract.
The drawing set is the deliverable. We do not improvise dimensions, substitute materials without RFI, or hand off 'close enough' work.
Schedule is the second deliverable.
A start date is a commitment. We mobilize when promised and finish when promised.
Scope discipline is the third.
We frame, hang, and insulate. We do not paint, tape, or trade outside our specialty. Doing nine things well beats doing twenty things adequately.
